東日本大震災のあった2011年10月1日より 東北六県で一緒に始めた 復興応援東北の酒で乾杯！。青森・岩手・秋田・宮城・山形・福島で一斉に乾杯して復興祈願。その運動がそのまま全国の「全国一斉 日本酒で乾杯！」事業にも一緒に取り組んでいます。酒田地区の飲食店様はもとより山形県の県産品消費拡大事業とも連携し 地酒、山形の酒を全国に発信しながら東北、全国の一人でも多くの皆様と「国酒」である日本酒で乾杯する運動をさらに拡大したいと願っております。
