加賀市山中温泉ゆげ街道、その通り沿いから少し脇道に入り長谷部神社の向かいに古民家を再利用し石川県内の日本酒をメインに揃えた[和酒BAR縁がわ]があります。 創業は2014年9月、銘柄ごとに異なる香りや味をより楽しんでもらおうと酒質に合わせて酒器を変え提供させて頂いております。石川県内の蔵で造られた日本酒を中心に常時約30銘柄ございます。店内は11坪で客席も9席とすぐに満席になってしまう小さなお店です。 「日本酒は興をそふるわざなり」という一文を心に刻み、山中温泉という自然豊かな地で、石川の日本酒を石川の酒器でお客様にその空間を提案し続けていけたら良いなと思っております。
