「和酒pub庫裏(くり)」は8月1日オープン。運営は銀座、新橋で日本酒専門店「庫裏」ブランドを展開する栗原広信氏で自身の4店鋪目。その日おすすめの約30種類の日本酒はショットサイズの45mlから、しかも100円~と低価格で提供。昼呑みからハシゴの〆酒までを快くお迎えします。システムはカウンターでオーダーするキャッシュオンのセルフサービスの気軽なスタイル。毎日通える、日常生活に寄りそう日本酒を楽しんでください。
