山梨県とのコラボレーションにより誕生した田崎真也監修の当店。ログハウス風のカジュアルな店、店名の「Y-wine わいわい」には、“みんなで気軽に集まれる場所”という思いをこめています。イタリアンの技法で調理した料理と100種類以上のワインや日本酒など、山梨県産にこだわった食と飲み物の相性をお楽しみいただけます。
