ベトナム初、日本人ママが経営しているカウンターだけの日本酒専門店(Since 2015)。 常夏のホーチミンで、全国の蔵元から輸入された日本酒(地酒)を10度以下で冷蔵保存。常時30種類以上を取り揃え、60mlのグラスで飲み比べていただけます。 「酒には最大限に魅力を引き出す温度がある!」を信条に、冷酒をはじめ、5度ずつの温度設定で、燗酒もお楽しみいただけます。 「いぶりがっこ」「酒盗」「カマンベールチーズ&のり佃煮」「紀州の梅ぼし」など、通ごのみの酒肴を、各5万VNDにてご用意しております。
