信州地酒が日本酒を面白くする。若手気鋭蔵元の日本酒を軸に、珠玉の和酒最前線150種。四谷三丁目駅1番出口徒歩10秒ビル7F。気鋭の蔵元を中心に、季節感ある約30種の地酒を随時入替。早い回転で常に良いコンディションを維持(開封日明記)。信州地酒は特に充実。 日本酒は全て燗・ハーフ(90cc)OK。 その他、梅酒・果実酒40種、焼酎40種、国産ワイン、地ビールなど、和酒の最前線をラインナップ。 新たな酒との出逢いができる店。 料理は旬の食材を用い、お酒に合う丁寧な創作和食が身上。
